In the best way that we know how.

Just look at how yellow that pineapple is, though.

GUYS!  I am struggling with this weather lately.  The cold.  The rain.  I’ve had just about enough of it.  And seriously cannot stop dreaming about the tropics.  And tropical drinks. Topped with tropical fruit.

And while I may not be able to get to the tropics any time soon, I can enjoy a tropical drink or two.

Malibu Bay Breezes are one of my go-to drinks in the summer time.  Or year-round if we’re completely honest because who can’t do with a tropical inspiration in the dead of winter.

It’s a favorite of mine, though, because the recipe is a no-brainer and requires little to no mixing skills – which is right up my ally.  It also doesn’t have any fancy ingredients that cost a lot and are hard to find.  Just three simple ingredients.  Coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice.

It really is the perfect fruity drink for your repertoire.
