I have the greatest idea for when all you want to do is shove an entire box of cookies in your mouth.
Drink it instead!
In the form of a Samoa cookie protein shake, which might be the only thing you’ll want to drink for the rest of your life.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that I like to indulge. Honestly, I probably overindulge on most occasions [refer back to eating entire boxes of cookies…].
Just recently I was telling my sister that I wasn’t sure what time of the year I eat more sweets. During the holidays. Or during Girl Scout cookie season.
And since I’ve been on a protein shake kick lately, I knew I had to make one inspired by my favorite I-can’t-stop-eating-until-the-box-is-empty cookies, so that I can continue to devour the flavor but not go up two pants sizes in the process. It was probably one of my best ideas, if I do say so myself.
We have an icy refreshing breakfast/dessert/snack-because-I-can’t-stop-drinking-this shake filled with that perfect flavor combo: caramel & coconut.
With a special little ingredient.
Chocolate pudding. Oh my WORD. Just a couple tablespoons added to your blender and you’ll wonder if you’re drinking a milkshake. Loaded with ice cream. Because it thickens up the shake perfectly and adds a flavor that cocoa powder alone can’t achieve.
I am now considering adding pudding mix to all my shakes.
