Weight Struggles

I just started to use myfitnesspal to log my daily caloric intake.  It’s amazing how much I actually consume in a day – and I don’t even realize it.  I have a goal of losing 30 pounds … and boy does it not seem like a lot of food compared to what I was inhaling a couple of days ago.

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs, fried
  • slice of Great Harvest Bread Co cinnamon chip loaf

Lunch:

  • One Pan Pizza Pasta bake (recipe from DashingDish)

Snack:

  • Chobani Greek Yogurt, Peach on the bottom

Dinner:

  • Private Selection – Sundried Tomato & Roasted Garlic pizza

Total Calories: 1439   I did some moderate walking and even though my goal is 1430 for the day, I have an additional 135 calories for my dessert! (I’m thinking some dark chocolate!)

Anyway – so here’s my journey to losing the weight! Wish me luck!
