Sometimes a craving just hits. Mine is normally for something sweet. Something chocolatey. In moments like this, I wish I had a stockpile of junk food. Then again, I’m thankful I don’t because I would probably eat it all in one night. Another one of my downfalls – not having the willpower to stop eating something so good.
You can make this super quick when the craving strikes – with just four ingredients!
Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn
– 1 bag of popcorn, popped
– 1/2 c of chocolate chips
– 1/4 c peanut butter
– sea salt
Empty the bag of popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and drizzle over popcorn. Do the same with the peanut butter. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the fridge for a moment to harden up the peanut butter a little and then enjoy!! (Just make sure you have the willpower to stop eating it before you devour the entire bowl!)
